Specimen kit (large)

Each large specimen collection kit contains enough material to collect one large specimen. We consider a large specimen to be any kind of tissue/material which will fit in a 125mL sterile pot. For example: macroinvertebrates from a kick sample, scats for identification, meat for species confirmation.

The kit contains

• A sterile barcoded pot containing a DNA preservative solution
• A single pair of nitrile gloves
• Sampling and submission instructions

Our specimen identification DNA test detects multiple species as standard, drastically reducing the possibility that the analysis will fail or need repeating.
